I think I know what you’re talking about. This workout really does make the neck sore as well…what helps me and might help is that while doing the workout, you’re probably trying to watch him do it so you’re lifting your head to see. It helps to sometimes stop looking at the screen when possible and lay your head back,? this way your neck doesn’t get too much fatigue and you’ll be able to finish.

Started last month. 3 times a week along with going to the gym. I also jog 3-5km 3 times a week as well and have stopped taking carbs. some cuts, but i’m guessing i? need to continue for 3 more months if i want to get to be like him.

when ur hands are behind your head, you should be supporting the weight of your head. concentrate on only moving yuor abs while keeping? everything else stable. focus on form rather than numbers.

don’t grab the back of your neck and when you lift your upper body to do your crunches or whatever "go through the ceiling," look up instead or forcing? your neck to look down at your knees
