The majority of the past five years have consisted of strength and agility training. Recently, I have invested a lot of time educating myself about building muscle, shedding fat, "bulking", "cutting", overall nutrition, and supplements. Losing the last 5 to 10 pounds of lower belly fat

Im currently eating tilapia fish 1 cup of mixed veggies with 1 tablespooon of peanut butter 2 times a day sometimes 3, tyson breaded chicken breast with almonds, whey protein 2 times a day some times 3, 6 egg whites with 2 yolks and veggies, and a sirloin steak. Here is the link to the video on how to count calories www.youtube.com I have not hit any barriers as of yet so this diet is working for me and i do have a slice of pizza or peanut butter jelly sandwiches, and white rice and beans through the week but not too much i try keeping myself in a caloric deficit so i can lose the last 5 to 10 pounds to get really lean and lose that lower belly fat to see more definition on muscles and my six pack abs.
