Do each of these 4 exercises for 1 minute with 20-30 seconds of rest in between. Repeat the entire cycle 3 times for the full workout.   10. do these exercises work? whats your own daily exercise??? i’ve never been a fan of lunges? your whole weight jumps on your unstable ankle joints and they feel dangerous well for me anyways. why do people keep doing them and are there any alternatives?

  12. absolutely! they’re called half-burpees. but give it a try… you may be able to do more than you? think! xo
