  1. I don’t drink. But some people will need elephant guns to take down. Government looks at cost, always has, always will. If people can’t? help themselves, the taxpayers with half a brain won’t support additional costs toward this. If it happens, the government will start hiring on street corner Psychics and that’ll get interesting

  2. well it was a good? discussion… but now your just talking crazy… Hopefully its just the booze talking.

  3. They won’t because they think the current ‘system’ works. What we need is another war? if fat folks choose not to better themselves on their own as I do agree that the current medical system doesn’t work. If anything the government needs to lock these people up for short periods of time so they can be watched closely…but that won’t happen

  4. I think we are getting closer but again, I disagree. While support from friends and family is great – fat people need real medical help to dramatically lose weight. I agree in personal responsibility, but the guidance to ‘exercise more/eat less’, while seemingly technically correct, has not worked. The proof is 2/3 of Americans are overweight. So, given that the medical advice hasn’t worked in 50 years — I don’t expect it to start working now. Drs need to create a better? method.

  5. Ok, I may still have missed your point. What I hear you saying is "It is a persons fault if they are fat. The only thing Fat people need is will power to lose weight.". If that is your point, I respectfully disagree. Rather than blamming fat people for being lazy how about doctors? working to find a solution? Which brings me back to doctors saying "Eat less and Exercise more" NOTworking to help reduced obesity in the US. I susggest we need a different plan – one that works!

  6. You missed the? point entirely. So, I vote we just start shooting idiots who cannot control themselves as a form of population control. You seem defensive for some reason as nothing was concentrated toward YOU. I commented my own thoughts (that’s all they are here, thoughts). I do realize people need weaning off of drugs, and in this case food. However, they have to find the willpower to do it instead of relying on others to solve their problems for them and avoid future recurrence

  7. Just like adicts should just "quick taking heroin" ???? I suspect you have never struggled with weight or you would not say something that ignorant. I have never met a fat person who just didn’t care – in fact, fat people go on crazy diets, have surgery and do lots of other things to try to lose weight. Again, Dr’s answer to obesity has been ‘eat less and exercise more’ – the result is a 2/3 of Americans are over weight. Maybe? we need a "Plan B".

  10. You probably missed the mockery overtone and belittling demeanor the interviewer casts.? Dr. Oz should not have been treated in this regard. Thumbs up so others can see?

  11. @grinchfan You can’t be more spot on. That is the only diet program I found on the Internet that really worked, and in? just a few weeks. Me and my wife are really happy with it. If I remember correctly, the site should be WeightLossAction.Info, correct me if I’m wrong!
