  10. Abs? are just like any other muscle group – they need time to heal, particularly if they are still sore from a previous workout. You can do this 3-4 times a week; it will work best if you combine this workout with one of our workouts for the upper or lower body.

  11. i know people can do? this as much as they feel like but how many times weekly is it recommended?
