I have been doing the drop set system; it seems to be working but only for muscle strength. Im in BJJ (Jiu-Jitsu) so muscle gain and strength is a great thing to have. Im 17 and 61" with 30% body fat (20% back fat, and 10% arm fat). Id like to have way less body fat just like everyone else does, but the question is how can I lose body fat all the way around and gain muscle mass at the same time with only a bench press, workout ball, lat pull down, incline press, and curl bar? Squats which won’t stunt your growth. Eat more calories and pro. PLenty of plyometrics. Do all kinds? of squats and plus…also dead wil probably help your explosion if done properly. Sprints.
I’m a high school basketball player. My season ended and my coach told to gain 15 pounds of muscle this offseason, but, I also want to improve my conditioning, vertical, core and still play basketball at least 5 days a week for 2-3 hours. Since the offseason is 5 months long, I wanted? to know if there’s any way I could achieve all these goals. Also, I don’t want to do exercises that could stunt my growth(like squats and deadlifts). I weight 124 pounds with 8% body fat.What do you recommend I do?

Correction. I do not love low carb diets. I have 4 low carb days in the diet I’m currently doing.? The only way to know is to try it yourself. You may want to try carb cycling. It all really depends on many factors.

Scott is it safe to take Way Protein after the work out but before the work out take 3 Creatine pills before the work out and take 3 Creatine pills after the work out ??
