When I said holding up his lower body, I meant as if you were to sort of "hang" your lower half from your upper (as if you were? doing dips), you’ll feel it I promise. TMI..whatever. By the way, keep on keepin’ on Elliot, it’s refreshing to see progressive thinking in your line of work!
You do kind of have to hang there with your arms and hold your pelvis properly, but you’d be surprised how easily and well this is incorporated – even with sex! You just have to find something to brace your upper body with like what he is doing – just imagine that he is holding his lower half up more with his upper body, using control of the hip-flexers as well as? the targeted muscle group. First time I did this I felt great the next morning – whole abdominal wall was tender.
