  5. thanks so much for this video..my lower back tends to hurt when i do? situps and with this (just tested)..I finally can feel a full stretch and no back pain..two thumbs up!!

  6. Thank you? so much, very good explanation! I’ve been looking for an abs excercise withfull extension/contraction, but doesn’t activate hip flexors, for a long time… lucky, i allready had a pillow like that.
    BTW,i did some extra research on janda situps and i tried a slightly modified version. i have the feeling, that this excercise is even more efficient, if you not only press your feet to the ground, but also build tension as if you want to drag your heels to your but.
