  4. I got shot the other? day in the stomach, luckily I had done the bulletproof abs workout and the bullet just left a small bruise.

  5. I lol at everyone trying to gain abs with this workout. 90% of abs is diet. The? rest can be gained through exercises like squats. All this rotational crap is meaningless. It doesn’t build true strength. Btw guys, sit ups are awful for your lower back.

  9. This video was extremely helpful, I used some? of your other abdominal workouts with my resistance bands a few months ago. Oh yeah with my eating habits and that, my waist is ultra small, I have to buy new clothes. THANKS LOL
