  9. Yes, absolutely! The bands only add resistance to the exercises, but your bodyweight? is enough.

  16. Hi, i’m 15 and i eat super healthy vegitarian no sugar, gluten free besides occasional? pasta (itallian mum LOL!) No take away, i exercise daily yet my stomach is ALLWAYS poking out, it has slight ab definition but no matter wat i do i look like im pregnent, honestly my stomach is 83cm and my rib cage is 69cm. it looks so strange and i allways have bowel problems i need my mum to put these things up my butt so i poo normally, or i go like once every 2 weeks, i eat lotds of fibre.
