Sorry people but its silly to think SIT UPS are going to burn fat off your stomach and give you a six pac. Let me add that functional abdominal exercises (if performed correctly) may assist in PULLING your tummy (organs) in giving it the appearance of "flatter" tummy however its more important to "strengthen" your core (front and back of body) to improve your posture. Its important to understand that sit ups alone are for losers and wont assist in fat loss at all!
