what? is heartrate monitor good for?
I tend to crap out shortly after I start a work out of this caliber. I’m thinking: what if I ‘commit’ to 20 to 30 seconds of each type of movement at first. Is that too wimpy? I can walk for long distances but it’s the high heart? rate thing that scares me….
