  6. I only run about 30kms or less a week so not a lot. I just do speed work once a week and a 5km race once a week to rev up my metabolism.   7. woah i didn’t realize you were serious about the squatting. I’ve heard about how it’s more natural before though! My question is: how much fruit should I be? eating if I’m not as active as you? You look like you run marathons and I do like 2-3 miles on a good day
