  1. Stop eating 6 hours before you go to bed. Do 10 setups…rest 10 seconds..do 10 more setups. Do this for 10 times. Go to? bed. In three days your tummy will be flat!!!!

  4. Guys easy way to loose fat is, get whey protein low in cals and the pink milk. get about 80 grams of protein throught out? the whole day, but eat less. Of course lift at the same time and do exercises like these. Take in about 1.8k cals and you should start loosing weight
