This is my opinion of the best 3 fat loss routines that you can undertake. Firstly I think any high level of contact sport is the best for overall fat loss (such as American Football, Rugby, MMA). These sports are extremely high in intensity and really demanding. The second I believe is weight training. Dont neglect this guys as it speeds up your metabolism and helps you lose weight even when youre not working out. Lastly it would have to be jump rope as you see many athletes such as boxers do this!
