  1. I have not been doing sports regulary since 4 years? now…not a good idea to start with this. I tried to follow the exercises 2 minutes my hands hurt & i’m all sweaty but i’m going to try again now! Need to get rid of this? damn belly!!!

  7. I’ve been doing this exercise every day twice a day (morning and night) for about 2 weeks. It hasn’t gotten much easier, but I’ve changed the crunches to alt. elbow knees? to work my obliques a bit. Is there anything else I can try in those 30 seconds to work my obliques?

  9. @sixpackshortcuts – just did this for the 1st time… Not going to lie, had to have a 5sec breather inbetween a few of them, BUT its a start right ?? Weighed 20st 12lbs Jan 2012…. Currently (26/4/12) 18st 9lbs….. so i am getting there! Currently doing all exercises regarding weight loss and putting the ones that work on my channel with links to the channel i got it from! PLEASE PLEASE SUB TO ME? PPL TO SEE THAT HARD WORK REALLY DOES PAY OFF !
