There are many great resources out there by people much more knowledgable than I. Disclaimer: PLEASE keep in mind this is just what I personally do to maintain my body on myself. This is not necessarily what youeveryone should do. But let me make it clear that I am not a supporter of "diets", i just believe in making good choices. Kind of a continuation from my other diet video. But basically the quickest way to a flat stomach is: yup you guessed it. Diet and exercise. Lowering your overall bodyfat is the best way to lose fat from ______ (fill in the blank) Stay active, and eating after the gym is OK your metabolism is boosted for three hours after you workout [What I eat everyday] I really dont plan this out. But MOSTLY what I eat is fresh vegetables, lots of lean protein (keeps you full, good for you, helps you build muscle), and fruits. This doesnt mean I dont eat simple carbs or bad foods- I just try to not to make all my meals center around them. I try to limit it to one meal max a day thats carb heavy UNLESS its "good" carbs like brown rice, whole grains <b>…<b>
