  7. not strictly true … first 16 -18 month’s? of training you will burn fat and build muscle after that u need a game plan either bulk or maintain …. iv been on a defecit for 3month now and im getting bigger and stronger every week beating my best’s slowly but gradually …. nutrition has to be spot on

  11. yo brother. you want to do cardio for about 20 minutes, any more than that will start? burning muscle tissue. try a steady state job, sprint intervals, skipping (jumping rope for you yanks), or punch bag. a variation is always good but only one method per workout. hope that helps.
