  2. the bread you dont need to look at the calories, you need to look at the quantity of carbs(sugars)? you need calories, just like fat, to burn them

  3. I LOVE peanut butter. Is it ok to take any kind of peanut butter? I’ve been told so many times that ONLY natural (unprocessed) peanut butter is good for u, and all other types should just be thrown out of ur diet plan. Is this true? Unfortunately, It’s almost IMPOSSIBLE to find natural peanut butter? where I live, so I just go for the unsweetened, unsalted jar.

  8. Peanut butter is a good source of protein & iron and has traces of minerals and vitamins. It is a good snack over most protein bars. However I never buy processed & canned peanut butter. It has way too much sugar in the form of high fructose corn? syrup. I usually goto whole foods where they have fresh peanut butter dispensing machines with zero sugar.

  9. At 15, you don’t need a diet young man. Eat, eat like a horse. AT that growing age your metabolism is so fast that you can digest a whole cow if you swallowed it.? Stay away from excessive sugar, sodas and junk food like pizzas, burgers & fried foods.
