  3. When doing these? workouts, do you want to be contracting and tensing as much as possible….like when Paulie punches Rocky’s stomach in the training montage?

  4. @Outdoor684: My recommendation is? starting with cardio first just to lose the belly fat. Cardio is also good for abs.

  6. I HAVE A question. If you have belly nor very big,but not veru thin. Does it make a sence to do these abs exercises or it ‘s useless? and you just train you belly muscles but the fat remains there and even your belly becomes bigger? This is what i read from the most comments and most webssites.

  7. Great workout for me, I have some issues with my back , but I’ve been able to do this excersice every day? now. Really shows some improvement.
