Reducing Belly Fat: Omentum Fat

Part 1 of a 2 part series on reducing belly-fat & revealing your abs. In this video I discuss the dangerous internal belly fat that stores mostly on the omentum playing a direct role in many systemic inflammatory diseases such as diabetes and fatty-liver disease. I teach you how to directly target this belly-fat to not only become leaner but healthier. A must see video for men over age 40 with Metabolic Syndrome, Syndrome-X, type-2 diabetes, or male-andropause.

  1. The important thing is to have the 8hrs of sleep right? Cause I sleep in the day due to job.?

  2. first we’ve heard of loading/buffering problems. Perhaps you need more bandwidth? It is an 8+ minute video so maybe if you let it load first then it will? not hang up. The reason for so many cuts & the editing is because it is over 20 mins of material that had to be condensed down to under 10 mins due to youtube requirements. Off the cuff in one take this time.

  3. looks like it would be an informative video.. unfortunately i made it 1:16 before i had to shut it down–how many cut-blends are needed for one video?? i went back and counted.. 28 cuts in the first 90 seconds! Does the person doing your editing suffer from seizures?

c’mon, write up a script if you need to stop/start that? many times. you can’t even make it through a full paragraph without doing that ridiculous blend thing 4 times guy..

  5. Max, would you recommend us to see a nutritionist to help us? improve our eating habits to be healthy and help us build a nice, fit body?

  6. Hey Max do you recommend any over the counter supplements? for good liver function?. I’ve been using Milk Thistle for as long as I can remember and its working well, is there anything else you would suggest to further improve liver damage? Thanks Max
