Hey, I was wondering. I walk a mile and a half to and from school. When going to school I walk up a nice size hill, and then down a small one? to go to my school building. Then when leaving I climb the small one and go down the large one. How much weight can I be loosing from these walks everyday?

I know you said that some form of cardiovascular excercises are required to lose fight in? the belly region. can you put some exercises that would be good in targeting this region. the old fashioned running for miles just seem to boring and unappealing after 1 week.

Never heard of it gotta try it out, I usually do more than 60% of weight in Bells or should I say machines at Bally…. and you know what is funny when I feel tired or about to strain in an excercise I rest than? go back for 2-3 more reps and ironically than I’m even more pumped afterword than I cant stop sweating and I have trouble sleeping…. : /
@CruiisPhelon Carb-cycling is a strict diet , used by bodybuilders and fitness models to lower their bodyfat %. one of the common ways to do it is like what scooby? said 3 days (where you consume low carb intake 30-25% of your total maintenance calories -500) the 4th day is a refeed day where you eat at maintenance (the calories u need to maintain your current weight) with 50% of your calories on that day coming from carbs.

also , do you eat carbs? with breakfast and postworkout only on low days or spread them out evenly over the course of the day even before bed ?
