sorry for not specifying :p, yeah basically every day I start I eat a strawberry milkshake. then about at 12:00 in work I´ll have a hamburger or anything ( fast foods because can´t be late to work) then at about 3:00 I run at? 5 kph for 24 minutes, then I do crucnhes and pushup´s for 8 minutes then I just rest for the rest of the day

I weigh 11.8 and 5.9ft tall. The only place I have fat on my body is my belly and neck. I’ve been wanting to get a killer 6? pack most of all but can’t shift my belly fat, is there anyway you can give me a diet plan that I can stick to, and any work outs that target my abs to help. Thanks
Hi I’m 18 and have been hitting the gym hard now for roughly 2 months. I’ve started to go everyday now for at least an 1-2 hours. My workout consists of Monday- chest, tris Tuesday- bis,back wednesday-legs and? shoulders Thursday- chest and tris and friday being an all day workout. I do abs for 15 minutes after every work out.
