How to Get a Flat Tummy

Stomach exercises are necessary, no doubt about it, but its often an inside problem that leads to the outer overhang. Stomachs that are overstretched, are not only unattractive, but they are unhealthy as well. A distended tummy is an indication that fat is clumping up near major organs such as the liver and kidneys. Two major reasons should not come as a surprise: we eat too much and we eat the wrong foods. But there is something else thats even more important: we eat at the wrong time.

  1. Yeah,? I’f you eat a small dinner early, or eat a 2 o’clock lunch it helps as well. I don’t know about skipping a meal though. Also if you work out in the evening you’ll see the effects of it after a few weeks. It doesn’t have to be intense a light jog or weight lifting is fine.

  4. Does that mean we only eat breakfast and lunch and skip dinner? I heard if? we skip a meal, our body goes to starvation mode and we store fat, so people say dont skip meals. Could u clear this up.

  5. This is a good question. Most people have not been taught this, but due to the time? it takes to digest food eaten throughout the day ,and the work that the body does while sleeping, medical experts recommend that the biggest meal of your day should be lunch. Then IF you have to eat later in the day it should very light and several hours before bed. Most of us are raised to have the three big meals per day, however, this is not necessarily good for health and digestion.

  13. Very nice video? but unfortunately I can’t stop eating at night when I come from work I just want set front of TV/computer with tea and food but I am not over weight I am 55kg, anyways I love to watch more video from you about skin hair and health, thanks
