    Do the 6 exercise for 30 seconds (3 minutes total)
    Rest 1 minute after each circuit (4 minutes total)
    Repeat circuit 4 more times (16 more minutes, -1 minute for? not resting at the end)

    = 19 Minutes, NOT 12

  9. So, it? says that you should do all the exercises right after one another and only a one minute break. Is there a reason for that, or is that just to keep the time frame? Because i like to change the tracks i listen to etc between the sessions at least, and actually often in between each exercise.

  10. SWAG!!! I need this for the rest of the 4 abs to pop out XP hope this helps! I? already do literally 100 sit ups, 50 crunches, rest for 1-5 minutes, and go out for a 30min to an hour jog with my dog, and lift my heavy azz backpack (about 65 lbs.) and lift it for 2 minutes. I take martial arts ok! Used too…you have knee strengthening work outs?
