  1. I’ve just started doing pilates execises for the last 3 days, how long do you think it’ll be til I start seeing results. I’m 15, weigh 6.2stone? and am 5ft1 if that makes a difference 🙂 ty

  2. There were also days where I didn’t workout. It’s okay not to workout, to give your muscles a break. But make sure you workout at least 2-3 times a? week. But in the beginning stage I would recommend you to workout daily to get the best and fastes results.. make sure you have a balanced diet and cardio !! I did around 20-40 Mins Cardio a day and 20 mins of strenght training like pilates.

  5. Hey there! Have you tried the Fat Blast Furnace (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about? it and my work buddy burned a lot of unwanted fat.

    does work!I started working on it few months
    ago and didnt? really have any issues as far
    as it goes. I never had a weight problem
    but my stomach has always been an issue.
    But after a few weeks on its program, I always
    see results. Overall,If you’ll take it on your
    daily routine workout then you’ll get fast results.

  7. Alright there! Have you tried – fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy got really defined Six pack abs and lost lots of belly fat with it. ?

  8. I’ve noticed this new eating plan known as DietOramy (explore google) – my aunt said she started out using it and already spent number of kilos, without? feeling hungry or drained whatsoever… what do you think, has anybody tried it yet?

  10. Well I did it around 2 or 3 times each night for a month but it really depends on the individual really I’m sure if you do? it around that much every night without missing it you’ll definitely lose the weight you want too 🙂
