  4. They could be heavy for your? joints (knees, ankles), especially if you are running on the pavement… I would start small – one training and see how it works.. Also make sure to warm up your joints very good before starting running.

  5. I’ve been doing these exercises with weights and I can really see some progres!
    I have a question about leg weights so here it is: do ? they cause injuries if used while running?????????

  8. balanced nutrition (reduce sugar intake, increase proteins etc.) , daily exercise (fast? walking, jogging>>> cardio workout, combined with weight training; but do take 1-2 days a week off) weight loss also depends on your metabolism, but I reckon the period would be anything between 1,5 to 3 months. My best!

  9. i combine cardio for 20 min and 20 light strength training every other day and on the day I only do cardio, I do it for at least 40 minutes and cut down on my calorie.
    after a month, I lost? 8 lbs, not too bad.

  10. No 🙂 I recommend? cardio for weight loss (fast walking, jogging, dancing…), weight lifting (light weights – up to 4 pounds each) to tone your muscles.
    And NUTRITION – it is essential part for weight loss. My best!

  15. yes i stretch but every single time i do it both of? my hips pop pratically everytime… and i just turned nineteen so its not like i have bad hips lol.
