    Im in the military and workout constantly yet for
    me Ive always had issues with my waistline no
    matter the amount of cardio and situps I do. After
    losing 20lbs only an inch came off my waistline.

  4. I started watching your videos, there amazing! I always join gym but I never get this kind of advise! I have one q regarding the abs work out and glutes. Do i work on them straight away or do I need to do a lot of cardio first to burn fat, I have a lot of fat! I weigh 92 and I should be around 79 according to my GP doctor.? It will really mean a lot to me if you advise me. Thank you

    I’ve watched some of your videos now, and I think? they’re great!
    But I got a q:
    I don’t, usually, eat breakfast. I wake up (06:30am), make some food, and bring it to school, and eat it there (09:00-10:00am).
    So… What is your opinion about this?

  16. I did crunches on the ball last week, the first 2 days hurt like a b**** but? when I do it now it doesn’t hurt AT ALL, is that normal? Or am I doing it wrong?
