  5. Just wanna add a few things to this video (not trying to be a know-it-all), so that people don’t misunderstand. 1. You cannot focus weight-loss on a specific area.? As you lose weight, it’ll disappear from random areas all over. You can’t just do tons of sit-ups and expect to have a flat tummy. 2. Don’t drink more than 3 liters of water per day. Water is good for you – sure – but it’s a LOT of work for your kidneys and too much water is NOT good for you. ^__^v so yeah. Just saying.<3

  8. Actually, the way to loose weight is to burn more energy that you consume…. so it? doesn’t matter how much you eat, it matters how much energy you burn.

  13. cici ALL of the BEST for you! i know u will do great because u’re a great strong girl! u might not have the best camera, lighting,etc but what really counts is that u always always try to do the best for us. like when u made that video asking for tips and asking about lighting and stuff, but for sure u have one of the most kind hearts ever! i know u can do this,? good luck cici!!   14. Hey Cici! just a quick warning, be careful of the aspertame in crystal light.. it’s really bad for you! Try not to drink too much. There are a lot of those powder drinks that don’t? have the aspertame that would be a loy better for you. Just watch out!

  16. OMG.. i’ve lost 30 pounds from just school sports over the past year but i dont eat healthy? at all & im soooo glad you told me that eating healthy is way more important to losing weight than just exercising. I could’ve lost alot of extra weight if i ate healthier.
