Size decrease is a result of your body not able to cope with crazy amounts of fatigue. And 8 minutes certainly isn’t enough time to create crazy fatigue, for me at least. Obama1yo2mama3 u are wrong working out ur muscles way to much gets them smaller that’s y it’s 3 times a week for 3-8 weeks and you will get big? results if u have ft do cardio this is what I do Monday I do the abs workout Tuesday I do cardio wensday I do abs workout Thursday I do Cardio Friday abs work out saturday and Sunday recovery days

  15. Does this really work??? Cuz I have been working out? my abs for 1 year now nd I have 8-9% body nd I still dont have abs. You could barely see them when I flex!!! :'( please someome reply nd tell me how I can get a visible 6 pack before the summer is over

  16. The last one is soo confusing ! You have to this 3 times a week, it won’t work like that, you have to keep fit aswell ! Etc play football , do? running and do sit-ups like every day!
