  3. Hi! Is it bad if im 12 year old and i want abs? i run 2 times a week and i only can see 4 abs but i dont see the? lower ones,how can i ? is it bad if im only 12? how many times i have to do it? what i dont need to eat and what i need to eat?

  4. A good book to read is "Tosca Reno’s Eating Clean Book" I? have been following that book for a year and lost 37lbs and counting. But unfortunately now I need more exercise work out plans for my core. Really would like help there.
    Currently I have strong legs from my knees to feet but everything else needs work. Minus my shoulders, back and biceps (those are all strong)

  5. I had a six pack when I was 12! But people made fun? of me and got freaked out by it so i got rid of them pretty fast.. big mistake there. Do it! It’s a good goal!

    You should do this 2 times per week giving your bodya nd abs time to rest. This is going to be awesome to strengthen you abs and core…BUT…if you want to see some definition in the abs, you are going to have to eat CLEAN and REAL FOODS
    NO processed foods, NO packaged Foods, No Soda, NO Frozen foods, NO take out or Fast Foods, NO junk food and candy, NO alcohol (you get? my drift

    Veggies, Fruits, Lean Meats, Grains, Good Fats – there are tonnes of good clean food
