  2. I cannot even sit on the ground in that position without using my hands or I’ll fall/rock backwards when I try it much less stand up.

    1)? What muscles do I need to develop to achieve being able to do the "DECK SQUAT" and
    2) What other "minor" exercises can I do that will get me there?

    I really want to be able to achieve this because to me it seems like it means a lot more would have been achieved on the way to getting there which means more/better fitness results.

  3. Hello Timbahwolf, how are you doing? First off, let me say that I think you are real cool with your fitness stuff and I love what you’ve done and what you do, I am a big fan.

    In this particular video of yours "6 PACK ABS AND CORE TRAINING" where you do the "Deck Squat" at the end, I would like to know how I may learn to do this.

    I am very much into? fitness and have been looking to developing myself constantly. I am yet to be able to do the "Deck Squat" since I have come across it.

  4. Hello! Have you considered – fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some super things about it and my BF got detailed Six pack abs and lost a? ton of weight with it.

  6. but he was right with his majority percentage, he explained it very simple as well, you train for example 6 times a week, but you eat 3 times a day, or as a bodybuilder 5-6 times, so you already get the times of food that you train in an entire week, that’s why the meals are more important, most people don’t train too pussy-ish they eat? the wrong stuff and hinder their progress, and vince looked like that without steroids so he must have done something right

  8. Holy crap I too have plantars fasciitis!!! What a royal PITA!!!!! I can’t freakin run anymore! I understand that? you should be able to work through it with lots of stretching, icing etc. but I have had it for like 2 years now. Ugh! Frustrating!!!

    I agree with you! Its an easy to use program
    as it comes with an easy to? understand
    training videos and workout plans to ensure
    that I have maintained my pace when it comes
    to achieving my lean ans. Anyway, you got the
    name of the site name wrong. That should be:
