1)? What muscles do I need to develop to achieve being able to do the "DECK SQUAT" and
2) What other "minor" exercises can I do that will get me there?
I really want to be able to achieve this because to me it seems like it means a lot more would have been achieved on the way to getting there which means more/better fitness results.

In this particular video of yours "6 PACK ABS AND CORE TRAINING" where you do the "Deck Squat" at the end, I would like to know how I may learn to do this.
I am very much into? fitness and have been looking to developing myself constantly. I am yet to be able to do the "Deck Squat" since I have come across it.

but he was right with his majority percentage, he explained it very simple as well, you train for example 6 times a week, but you eat 3 times a day, or as a bodybuilder 5-6 times, so you already get the times of food that you train in an entire week, that’s why the meals are more important, most people don’t train too pussy-ish they eat? the wrong stuff and hinder their progress, and vince looked like that without steroids so he must have done something right
Holy crap I too have plantars fasciitis!!! What a royal PITA!!!!! I can’t freakin run anymore! I understand that? you should be able to work through it with lots of stretching, icing etc. but I have had it for like 2 years now. Ugh! Frustrating!!!
