i just discovered this video today and i feel like its working already for me. it works every part of you abs and that is great. Keep posting new video and the great? work.
How many day or time are you suppose to do abs a week? i hate doing abs but i just have too because my abs are way way out of control.
i did varsity? cross country for 2 years and we were taught to do most of these exercises. they worked really well over time but the running also helped you lose any unwanted fat. i started doing some of these for the past week or 2 and have already seen results, but i also have a fast metabolism. im really looking for a lower ab video!
i have few suggestion for people who wants to loss weight. first of all eat good and less then your tummy demand. never overload your stomach.
if you really eat too much and cannot eat less eat in portions secondly, eat your dinner at 7pm and then do not eat till morning. guys always chew your food and do not leave hard work for stomach? USE YOUR TEETH. always do exercise and i think Dr. Tim Ramirez is a great trainer. follow these steps and you will lose weight. trust me
is it true that if you have belly fat and you do ab exercise that it only makes your belly bigger because of al the muscles getting? stored with your fat?
