My routine: side to sides using 25 pnd plate, 10 rocky elevated? situps, 20 (4 count) flutter kicks, 10 (4 count) criss cross’s, 10 (3 count) leg raises – 2 sets. 25 rollouts using an easy curl bar. 25 decline situps. 50 crunches on medicine ball. 15 obleak situps both sides (25 pnd plate 2 sets) 30 pull downs. 25 weighted crunches. I got a 6 pack in 6 months.
