So this workout will do just that along with a good diet & cardiovascular routine. We take you through 2 easier exercises then 2 progressions to really get those mid sections working and get that torso you want for summer. The exercises are – Knees Raises – Aim for 3 sets 18-20 reps but do not worry anything is a good start & just work at it to progress. Oblique Crunches – Again aim for 3 sets of 18-20 reps this exercise with work more on your obliques & side of your torso. Toe Taps – The first of the progressions try to do as many reps as you can until your form starts to decrease. Window Washers – Probably the hardest exercise just remember to take it nice & slow as to really work the muscles & not to put too much strain on the back. Please only attempt these exercises if you are fit to do so if unsure consult your GP prior.
