In this episode I demonstrate some advanced and challenging core exercises Ive started using to get my abs to thicken up so they show better as I get leaner. There are two areas I need to improve on now: supplementation, and sleep. I will be producing tutorials on these soon, once I start implementing the changes in to my own routine.
