My IMPROVED ab routine – youtu.be Best Tip for 8-Pack Abs – youtu.be Okay, this is the ab routine Ive been doing for almost a year now. Its very effective, and the best way to get sexy abs fast. I do it every other day. A full routine is 25 reps with each position = 250 total reps. 4 sets = 1000 reps. Takes about 30 minutes with resting. A few hints unmentioned: Start off doing a number of reps you can handle. No sense in going extreme if you cant finish all the movements consecutively. Next is always breathe ALL the way out when your abs are flexed. Im breathing but you can hardly hear it on the video. Breathing is crucial to building abdominal mass and volume. He was saying its genetics. Maybe it is, maybe its not. But when I look at every anatomy illustration, I see 8 segments of abdominal muscles. This means those with 6 packs, simply arent targeting the whole muscle range. So heres a video tip on 1 method of bringing the 8 pack out! Kind of embarrassed about this video, but oh well.

If you cant do this, theres obvious steps you can take to progress to this exercise. Knee raises can become leg raises and leg raises can become these. Progress the dragon flag by improving form and increasing the time under tension per set. Having abs wont necessarily make you look sexy. For that, you might need to lose some body fat, and no, just doing abs wont magically cause you to lose a significant amount of body fat.
