  2. Whey is made? from milk of sick cows and it’s full of bovine growth hormone. At least whey manufactured in US. But averege budybuilder does not concern about health anyway, so what the heck.

  6. The protein found in plants is lacking in completeness of amino acids compares to animal proteins. The really lean proteins (poultry? breasts, fish, seafood) are the best as they don’t bog you down with saturated fat.

  8. Whey is just a fast absorbing protein (as opposed to casein, which is slower) so it will begin repairing those muscles that you’ve just torn through workout.
    Personally, I love bodyweight exercises, I think it’s a very natural and effective way to workout. Push-ups are great and I would recommend a door-frame pull up bar. Pull ups are a good way to? get a strong upper body. Do all the variants: palms away, towards, wide-arm, close hand. (should do the same variants with push-ups)
