I think he is around 220-230 lbs, and he could easily strap at least an extra 30 lb weight to himself and still do a pull up. Now if the 251 lb guy is out of shape and never works out then it’s incredibly unlikely that he’ll be able to do? a pull up.

  8. at whoever’s posting about crunches: Focus on glue-ing the lower back to the? floor (do not let your back curve up) and on relaxing your neck muscle. You should breathe as well; exhaling on the lift.

  20. No it is not. Fat is removed from your body like water out of a pool. Fat loss is seen more in the areas were we don’t carry a lot of at? like our face (the shallow end of the pool) but it utilized or removed pretty evenly like water from a pool

  21. yea the thing is, if i eat less then that means i wont get much protein for building muscle, thats all? im about at the gym is building muscle but when it comes to cardio i dont eat as much and i do lose the weight but after 15-20 pounds i stop. for the reason all my lifts go down like benching, squats, deadlifts, and more heavy lifts all go down, therefor i think im burning muscle and not fat so i stop, and then im back to wear i started, i need a diet with lots of protein and no cals, any help?
