  1. Hi, yes it is normal if you are not used to working your abs. Let them rest a day or two and then? do the workout again. No need to work your abs everyday anyway. It’s always best to have a day in between to rest and repair them. You may be sore the first few times you work them out, but it will go away eventually as your ab muscles become used to their new challenge.

  2. Hi, be sure you are not pulling? your neck with your hands on the way up. Your hands are just there behind your head to support it. All of the motion for crunches comes from pressing your lower back into the floor in order to raise your upper body.

  6. I’ve done about 30-40 minutes today. I don’t feel like doing more. I think I’ll start off there. I mixed it up. One of my exercises was your cardio 10 minute standing. Those jumping jacks hit me so hard out of everything I do… I’ll try adding this into my next work out? series.
